Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged 50% of the cancelled service prior to booking their next appointment. ​ “No shows" or appointments that are missed without any notice, will be asked to pay for their missed appointment in full prior to rebooking Appointment reminders are sent via text. We kindly ask you let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Changes can also be made using the link provided in the reminder text. Services for clients arriving late will either be adapted to fit the remaining time or given the option to reschedule for a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No exceptions will be made due to traffic or any other personal emergency. Due to the artistic nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on services performed and per manufacturer's policy all extension sales are final. Please do not bring additional guests to your appointment. Children are not permitted in the salon unless receiving a service. Little ones and additional guests in the salon can interfere with our time together, hindering us from being able to achieve your hair goals.
