Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. (Deposits will go toward service total at checkout.) Appointment reminders are sent via text and email. We kindly ask if you’re unable to make your appointment you contact us as soon as possible. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged for 50% of the service amount. (100% will be charged at time of cancellation, 50% will be applied toward the next appointment) Any appointment that is a “no call, no show” will be charged 100% of the service amount. Late arrivals will be cancelled and charged 50% of the service amount. No exceptions will be made due to traffic or any other personal emergency. Additional payment will be required prior to scheduling any new appointments after noncompliance with our policy.
